If you are looking to modify your first (and second) mortgage, we can help you with that. We will first ask for information from you, process it through our system to see if you qualify for the loan modification, and tell you the outcome. If you don't qualify, there is no charge for any of the work we have done. If you do qualify, we will then meet with you personally or video conference with you to share the results of your loan modification. At this point you can either take the information and finish mitigating yourself or you can opt for us to continue with the mitigation process until the bank has sent the paperwork for your4 loan modification.
No money changes hands unless we provide you with a document or have performed a service.
